Information for Poster Presentations
For abstract authors preparing their posters for presentation, please note the following instructions.
- Posters are to be made in dimensions 4 ft x 4 ft.
- Please identify the designated category of your submitted abstract in the Table of Contents for Abstracts
(next page). Example, Cancer Proteome Biology and Medicine (I and II) is C201-C299 and C601-606. - Please identify your abstract number shown in the abstract pages (in the pages following each category).
Additional author and abstract information are tracked in the abstract author index (located at the end of all
abstracts in the following pages). - Please note the presentation schedule according to your abstract category and abstract numbers shown in the table below in this page.
- Poster presentations are expected in the following schedule:
Monday, Sept 28th, 2009: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Tuesday, Sept 29th, 2009: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Wednesday, Sept 30th, 2009: 8:00 am – 1:00 pm
Poster Presentations Schedule According to Abstract Categories and Numbers
Following the instructions above, note the category and number of your submitted abstract; use the following table to find the time and location for your poster presentation. Example, C205, in the category of Cancer Proteome Biology and Medicine by Takuya Yamashita, et. al., is scheduled for poster presentation on Monday, Sept 28th, 2009 in the Harbour Ballroom at the Westin Harbour Hotel.
